What's included

Four pillars of
managed IT.

Scoped to your size. Whether you're a single office or a multi-site operation, the same local team owns it end to end.

01

Comprehensive IT hardware support

Procurement, setup, maintenance, and repair for workstations, servers, and peripherals — so hardware problems stop landing on your desk.

02

Expert network management

Design, monitoring, and tuning for wired and wireless networks. We keep the connection fast and the topology documented.

03

Cybersecurity strategies

Layered defense — endpoint protection, patching, backups, and policy — built around how your business actually works, not a generic checklist.

04

Remote support

Fast help without waiting for a truck roll. Most issues get resolved remotely the same day — by someone who knows your setup.

Cybersecurity · Live posture

"Monitored" isn't
a brochure word.

Layered defense you can actually see — endpoint EDR, SASE, patching, MFA, and verified backups, watched by the same local team that set it up. Not a checklist in a drawer.

  • Endpoint detection & response on every device
  • Patches and backups verified, not assumed
  • One team owns it — no after-hours ticket queue

VoIP 02

Smart call handling

Auto-attendants, call routing, ring groups, and voicemail-to-email — so calls reach the right person every time.

Nextiva
VoIP 03

One partner, on Nextiva

We deploy and support your phones on Nextiva, right next to your network and security. One number to call when something's off.

Getting started

Switching shouldn't
be scary.

Whether you're leaving another provider or formalizing IT for the first time, onboarding follows the same three steps — and your team keeps working through all of them.

A

Assess

We inventory what you're running — devices, network, backups, licenses — and give you a straight read on what's solid and what's at risk.

B

Stabilize

Patching brought current, backups verified, protection on every endpoint, and everything documented. The unknowns stop being unknown.

C

Run

Day-to-day support with a dedicated account manager — the same local team, one number, no ticket roulette.

What clients say
about our IT.

Straight from the people who stopped juggling vendors.

FAQ

Questions,
answered plainly.

What businesses usually ask before handing us their IT. If yours isn't here, call — a real person answers.

How fast do you respond when something breaks?

Most issues get resolved remotely the same day, by someone who already knows your setup. When a problem needs hands-on work, we dispatch locally from Columbus — no waiting on an out-of-state vendor.

Can you take over from our current IT provider?

Yes — it's the most common way clients start. We handle the handoff: collecting credentials and documentation, auditing what's actually in place, and cutting over without a coverage gap. Your team keeps working the whole time.

Do you work on-site or remotely?

Both. Remote-first for speed — most fixes don't need a visit — with on-site support across Central Ohio when hardware, cabling, or a project calls for it. If your team never needs on-site hands, our Remote IT plans may fit even better.

What does managed IT cost?

On-site managed IT is scoped to your size — sites, users, and what's already in place — so we quote it after a free consultation. If remote-only covers you, our Remote IT plans have published flat pricing from $115 per user per month.

Can you handle our business software too?

Yes. Alongside IT we implement and support ERP — CRM, projects, POS, and analytics — and build RootControl, our landscape and field-service software. One accountable partner across infrastructure and software.
