What counts as a user?

A user is a person on your team, not a device. One flat monthly rate per employee covers the devices they actually use — laptop, desktop, and phone.

Do you charge on-site or travel fees?

No. Remote IT is handled entirely over secure remote tooling, so there are no travel, dispatch, or minimum-visit fees. The savings stay in your rate.

What if we occasionally need someone on-site?

Remote IT is remote-only by design. When you need hands-on or local work, our managed IT services cover on-site support — and we'll help you combine the two.

Can we change tiers or headcount?

What's the difference between the 1-year and 3-year term?
